Supervision

Supervision is meant for professionals as well as artists. It can reveal blind spots and give new inspiration and motivation.

The context (e.g. the company or school), the people one works with, as well as one’s own person and attitude all come into play.

From the perspective of the Gestalt method, important questions are:

* How do I experience my work and what do I want to change?

* What kind of new behavior do I wish to explore?

* What is my view on life?

Supervision may have therapeutic aspects but the focus is on the working situation. Yet, it can reduce tension, give new energy and help prevent a burn-out.

As supervision aims to improve the quality and efficiency of one’s work, employers usually reimburse (part of) the costs.
